Service Delivery
Our consulting services are fulfilled through scheduled virtual or in-person sessions, as agreed upon during the onboarding process. Upon confirmation of payment, clients will receive communication via email to coordinate and confirm service delivery timelines and requirements.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once services are scheduled and/or commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be granted. By purchasing our services, clients acknowledge and accept that consulting services are time-based and custom-delivered, and therefore non-refundable once engagement begins.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Clients may request to reschedule a confirmed appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours may not be honored, and missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.
